This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities. the spacious room was equipped with exclusive facilities, such as a private bar and lounge area. the indoor swimming pool was perfect for taking a relaxing swim, while the restaurant served delicious meals.

The only minor issue I encountered was with the lift security system, which sometimes required multiple attempts to access my floor. this did not detract from the overall satisfactory experience.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was a treat. the view from the room was delightful, with an impressive lake to gaze at. the location was perfect for those seeking a peaceful and tranquil environment. the staff were friendly and informative, helping us plan our days and recommending top attractions to visit. the breakfast had a wide range of food choices and everything was well-prepared.

The room temperature was not controlled, and the air conditioning unit was not effective, making the room warm and stuffy. the swimming pool was moderately sized, but the hot pool was not adequately heated, which was disappointing when we wanted to relax in a warm hot-tub.

The staff were very accommodating, offering a room upgrade and a complementary drink. Balloons were given out for children on national day, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was tasty and the breakfast staff were great. The hotel is located close to Taihu lake, perfect for nature lovers.

The views from our room were stunning, we could see the lake right from our window. , the swimming pool was nice and clean, perfect for a relaxing weekend. The hotel was located in a quiet area, far from the noise and hustle-bustle.

The air-conditioning in the room was a real disappointment. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature, the room never reached a comfortable temperature, leaving us feeling hot and uncomfortable during the night.

This hotel is an excellent choice for those who want to avoid the traffic of busier areas. Located close to the Turtle-Head Peninsula Scenic Area, guests can easily explore the famous attractions. the Italian restaurant offers delicious meals and is conveniently located near small shops. the room is spacious and comfortable, with many facilities such as large beds, speakers connected to the TV in the bathroom, and inductor lights. the staff is enthusiastic and provides great service, and the hotel breakfast is a good option.

One minor flaw is that the air conditioning in the room could have been slightly colder.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel - the front desk staff were professional, the room was spacious and clean with top-class bed comfort, and the breakfast had a great variety. Furthermore, we loved the location in Wuxi Turtle-Head Peninsula Scenic Area, very close to Taihu lake, making it perfect for nature lovers.
